For orders paid in rubles with a Russian bank card, the seller is the sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) whose details are set out below.
2. Ordering and Payment
The buyer selects the product, pays for the order, and receives access to the materials in accordance with the product description.
3. Electronic Delivery
Digital goods are delivered electronically. Performance is considered complete when a link or access to the file is provided.
4. Receiving the File Right After Payment
Before paying for a digital collection, the buyer confirms that they want to receive the file right after payment and acknowledges that the purchase cannot be cancelled once the download starts. If the file cannot be opened for technical reasons or materially differs from its description, the buyer may ask for a replacement file or a refund (see “Refunds and Cancellations”).

Seller: Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record)
Purchases paid for with international (non-Russian) bank cards are processed through the Lemon Squeezy payment platform, which acts as the seller (Merchant of Record) for each such purchase. Lemon Squeezy accepts payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax), and issues invoices and receipts. The contract of sale is concluded between the buyer and Lemon Squeezy under the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
Content Provider
The digital materials are created and provided by the company whose details are set out below (the "Content Provider"). The Content Provider is responsible for the content of the materials and provides buyer support on matters relating to file access.
What Is Sold
Digital recipe collections in PDF format for personal, non-commercial use. Merch is not sold or shipped to buyers outside Russia. Free gifts on the website are available without any purchase.
Prices and Taxes
Prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on the buyer's country and are shown before payment. The final amount payable is displayed on the Lemon Squeezy checkout page.
Delivery of Digital Goods
After successful payment, the buyer receives a link to download the PDF file on the order page and by email. The link remains valid for 30 days from the date of payment. The goods are deemed delivered when the download link is provided.
Consent to Immediate Delivery
Before paying, the buyer confirms that they want to receive the file right after payment and acknowledges that they lose the right to cancel the purchase once the download starts (in the EU, the EEA and the UK, the 14-day right of withdrawal). A confirmation of this consent is included in the email with the download link.
